These terms apply to the Parlor app and iMessage extension made by Parlor Studios LLC. By using Parlor you agree to them. Parlor is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
You may use Parlor for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please don't misuse it: don't try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, don't cheat in ways that interfere with other players' games, and don't use it to harass anyone.
Some games let players type words or clues and draw pictures. You are responsible for what you share. Don't share anything illegal, hateful, or that you wouldn't want your friends to see. Live game content is deleted automatically, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Any purchases in Parlor are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms, including its refund policies.
We're always improving Parlor, so games and features may change, and live games depend on an internet connection and our servers being available. We may update these terms; if we do, we'll change the date above.
Parlor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Parlor Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA.
